Letting go of every single dream

Proverbs 19:21 Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the LORD’s purpose that prevails.

Revelation 4:10-11 the twenty-four elders will fall down before Him who sits on the throne, and will worship Him who lives forever and ever, and will cast their crowns before the throne, saying, "Worthy are You, our Lord and our God, to receive glory and honor and power; for You created all things, and because of Your will they existed, and were created." 

I’ve tried to win this war I confess

My hands are weary I need Your rest

Mighty Warrior, King of the fight
No matter what I face, You’re by my side

Matthew 11:28 "Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest."

Deuteronomy 31:8 "The LORD is the one who goes ahead of you; He will be with you. He will not fail you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed."

Psalm 121:5 (CSB) The Lord protects you; the Lord is a shelter right by your side.

 When You don’t move the mountains I’m needing You to move

Matthew 17:20 And He said to them, "Because of the littleness of your faith; for truly I say to you, if you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move; and nothing will be impossible to you.

When You don’t part the waters I wish I could walk through

Isaiah 43:16 Thus says the LORD , Who makes a way through the sea And a path through the mighty waters,

When You don’t give the answers as I cry out to You

Job 30:20 "I cry out to You for help, but You do not answer me; I stand up, and You turn Your attention against me."

I will trust, I will trust, I will trust in You!

Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the LORD with all your heart And do not lean on your own understanding.  In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He will make your paths straight.

Truth is, You know what tomorrow brings
There’s not a day ahead You have not seen
So, in all things be my life and breath
I want what You want Lord and nothing less

Matthew 6:33 "But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you."

Jeremiah 29:11  'For I know the plans that I have for you,' declares the LORD, 'plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope.'

Job 33:4 "The Spirit of God has made me, And the breath of the Almighty gives me life."

You are my strength and comfort

Your ways are always higher

Isaiah 55:9  "For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways And My thoughts than your thoughts.

Your plans are always good

Romans 8:28 And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. 

There’s not a place where I’ll go, You’ve not already stood

Psalm 139:8-10 If I ascend to heaven, You are there; If I make my bed in Sheol,behold, You are there.  If I take the wings of the dawn, If I dwell in the remotest part of the sea, Even there Your hand will lead me, And Your right hand will lay hold of me.
